Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations

Main menu and Sunday orders may be cancelled up to 1 hour before your selected collection slot. Special event orders (eg Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, etc) may be cancelled prior to the closure of orders. In the event of the need to cancel your order, please contact The Tal-y-Cafn to inform them of the cancellation by emailing manager@talycafn.wales or calling 01492 650016 providing your order number, order date, name and collection date/time. These details shall all be shown on your confirmation email.

The staff at The Tal-y-Cafn do not have the capability to execute a refund. Details shall be communicated with our accounts department who shall process a full refund within 5 working days. There shall be a £5 administration fee for cancelled order refunds.

Returns

Please check your order at the time of collection, and if you are not satisfied please report the problem to a manager so that we can rectify it for you before you leave.

If you become aware of a problem with your order after you have collected it, please follow our complaints procedure below:
1. Contact The Tal-y-Cafn on 01492 650016 as soon as you discover the problem and speak with a member of staff.
2. Take a photo to show the issue with your order and email it to us at manager@talycafn.wales with an explanation of the problem. Please give as much information as you can to enable us to fully investigate your complaint. Please remember to include your order number, order date, name and collection date/time – without this, we will not be able to process a refund if you are due one.
3. We will respond to you within 5 working days.

Please note that refunds will not be given if you change your mind or fail to collect your order.

Refunds

All refund requests shall be investigated by The Tal-y-Cafn. Upon verification the refund request shall be submitted by The Tal-y-Cafn to the accounts department who shall process a full refund within 5 working days.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
